//MISSION UPDATE
I'll admit that I felt a bit...relieved to return to our scouting hub. The recon missions to the American capitol and Houston were less fruitful than I had hoped, but they solidified my decision to seek outside assistance. Atlanta rarely dissapoints in my search for colorful artwork.
//ARTISTIC OBSERVATIONS

//ID 1340-07
A very concise way to express the first U.G.H. prerequisite for Civilization Maturity. Maybe A.X.E. should submit that for revision request.
>>A.X.E. NOTE<<
This level of inadequate specificity would guarantee the resource extraction of this and countless planets going forward. You may submit any revision requests desired in accordance with U.G.H. Directives.

Walking under this mural, I was drawn to the face I saw in it. The face felt familiar, from a distant memory, years and light years away.
//H.U.E.
The face seemed like a good subject. It was much more difficult to mimic freehand due to the varied shapes. I enjoyed adding the lines in the concrete and the recessed lighting. Those finishing touches make it feel like my own art.
>>A.X.E. NOTE<<
The "face" is familiar to me. It is a relatively accurate depiction of your expression while hunting for art in Houston. I suggest the title "Disappointed Patience".

>>A.X.E. COUNTER-REPORT<<
You get distracted by the bright colors of Atlanta. You were even excited to observe a fre-to-use high-tech excrement station. An excrement station, under 24 hour video surveillance, that you may only use if you have a cellular device capable of texting. The Human rumors regarding politicians wearing diapers may explain why they would be unconcerned with reasonable public access to excrement facilities.
